Cupping- beginning at $35
Cupping therapy is an ancient and effective modality widely used in traditional Chinese medicine over thousands of years in China. The Cup is usually made from glass or plastic. Suction is created on the skin and the cup will adhere to the skin for up to 20 minutes. With the suction, the negative pressure in the cup stimulates the local acupuncture point; to increase blood flow, to loosen up local tight muscles, to relieve pain, to detoxify, and to re-balance the relative organ function. Generally there are no side effects. Most commonly, it may leave temporary cup marks on the skin, which usually happens in the first one or two treatment sessions. The marks will gradually subside and disappear within one to two weeks. Some of the many ailments that cupping can help are: sports injuries, neuromuscular conditions, sinus pressure, TMJD, scars and stretch marks, orthopedic conditions, cellulite reduction, myofascial release, migraines, constipation, fibromyalgia, skin rejuvenation, etc.

People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and energizing. Thai massage is done on a padded mat on the floor, and also can be done on a massage table. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed. You are asked to bring or wear comfortable clothing to the massage.
Prenatal- beginning at $55

But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and the therapist will adjust their techniques accordingly.
Ionic Detoxification Foot Bath- $30
Ionic foot baths use a micro current to facilitate the transfer of ions in and out of cells and restore the balance of positive and negative charges.
The “boost” of energy the body receives from the ion water module (array), which sits down in the foot bath water during a treatment, allows this amazing detoxification process to occur. Once you place your feet in the ionic foot bath, these ions are then able to enter the body through the 4,000 large pores of the feet. The circulatory and lymphatic systems then transport the ions throughout the body. These ions neutralize the positively charged wastes in the cells that are normally slow to exit the body. All the body’s organs--including the liver, intestines, kidneys, lungs, skin, and immune system--can become energized and stimulated to function optimally. The body is then able to rid itself of these metabolic wastes and toxins through its normal detoxification processes of urination, defecation and sweating. When the body is able to eliminate toxins and metabolic wastes, inflammation, edema, and swelling all decrease, allowing the body to repair itself, relieving pain and dysfunction.
